computer design firms located on one of Earth's orbital cities (Starport
Kinley), safe from the maddened storms on the planet below.
Using insider tech
from her family's company, Zoey has become a highly skilled "cyber-ghost,"
and has gained an intuitive flare for circumventing most kinds of
electronic locks and security systems.
Once a hobby shared
only with closest friends, Zoey has found a more active use of her
abilities by joining Lance's pirate forces. How Lance has recruited
her to his "cause" is still unknown since Zoey is not a
mercenary or hired "net-cutter."
