Serving a very secretive cause, Lance has employed numerous mercenaries
and specialists in obtaining specific information and technologies across
the globe. How the information he's gathering fits together is still
unknown. He has now been targetting Storm Corps ships and facilities
in search of something, though Sky Command still has no answers as to
what he's after.
Lance has had many run-ins with Officer
Riley Landsor, leading to a rivalry of sorts.
Lately, Lance has somehow managed to
recruit Rick Jayston into his dealings.
