Name: Gordo Crowell
Position: Navigator and secondary sky lancer aboard the SCS
Terra Thunder.
Special: Known for performing seemingly impossible (and sometimes
impractical) maneuvers with bulky weatherships for fun and bragging
rights.
Other: A former member of Earth's Sky Command squadrons, Gordo
joined the Storm Corps shortly after it's creation when navigators to
pilot the behemoth skyships were hard to find. The friendships he's
made aboard Terra Thunder has kept him around, along with the thrill
of attempting a barrel roll in a ship the size of a city block (whether
he was ever successful or not is another story). He serves as the secondary
sky lancer for Terra Thunder, though is nowhere near as skilled a lancer
as May.
Suffering a work accident, Gordo now
has a loss of hearing in his right ear. Though surgery is available
to repair such disability, Gordo has opted for wearing an old fashioned
hearing aid equipped with enhanced hearing, a radio and long range communication
system, claiming "It's a great conversation piece to break the
ice with chicks."
